Every pending or cancelled rupee gets a reason and a date.
21% of negative reviews are about cashback stuck in “pending” or dates that keep moving; 24% are cancellations that arrive with no reason. The fix isn’t faster stores, it’s telling people what’s happening: which step the order is at, what the store is waiting for, and what they can do.
Pending — date moved, here's why
- Order tracked15 Jul 2026
- Amazon return window closes25 Jul 2026
- Amazon sends final report7 Oct 2026moved from 13 Sept 2026
- Ready to withdraw—
The return window has closed, but Amazon hasn't sent its final report for this order (last update 31 days ago). That's why the date moved from 13 Sept 2026. Nothing is wrong with your order.
Expected by 7 Oct 2026. If the date moves again, you'll get a message with the reason, never a silent change.
How this is computed
The explanation comes from the store’s return window, its usual validation lag, the date of the last report the store sent, and a mapped cancellation code. The store’s raw code is translated into one plain sentence and one next step. If a store rejects without a reason, the user is told it’s on us to chase, not on them. A moved date always comes with a message; it never changes silently.
